In order to make the use of AdvancED's research-based survey tools more cost effective, the pricing structure of web-based surveys has been changed. Previously, when a 5-year web survey account was purchased for $200, customers had access to all the web surveys and purchased access codes to administer any survey. Now, instead of purchasing access codes, customers will purchase surveys for $200 per administration which can be used to survey an unlimited number of people. New customers will still need to purchase a 5-year web survey account for $200 which includes Level 1 Reporting. Level 2 Reporting (disaggregated reports) is still available for an additional one-time cost of $300 for the life of the account.
In order to transition to the new pricing structure the following steps have been taken:
Existing web survey account holders with available access codes have been given 1 administration for each web survey. Once a survey has been administered, a new survey administration will need to be purchased for $200 in order to administer that survey again.
Existing web survey account holders with no available access codes will need to purchase survey administrations for $200 per administration.
