Please be aware that we are currently in the process of moving our offices to Decatur, GA. While we are transitioning, we are operating with a small team to be able to serve our customers during this time. As a result, we have made some temporary modifications to our service offering:

Paper surveys purchased after April 22, 2008 will not be scanned until Fall of 2008. When you purchase paper surveys, we will notify you as to where to send the surveys after administration.

Paper surveys purchased prior to April 22, 2008 can be scanned as long as they are received by our Schaumburg office prior to June 13, 2008. All other scanning requests will be held until Fall 2008.

Custom survey services and optional reporting services are not currently available.

During our office transition, web accounts and data from completed surveys will continue to be accessible to our customers. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you in the near future. One of our goals for this transition is to enhance our products and services to better meet your needs.
